Dutch 4 Beginners issues gift vouchers for Dutch lessons.
Gift vouchers can not be purchased by current students of Dutch 4 Beginners, or for the buyer’s personal use. Gift vouchers can only be bought as a present, and for use by a 3rd person.
Gift vouchers can only be purchased for people that are at least 18 years old. Dutch 4 Beginners does not teach anyone under the age of 18.
Gift vouchers only entitle the recipient to the number of booked hours of Dutch lessons with Dutch 4 Beginners. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for Dutch lesson time (and for the number of hours as indicated on the gift voucher) and it has no cash value. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Dutch lessons will take place in a public venue in the Nottingham city centre, or online via Skype.
Gift vouchers can only be used for the number of students as indicated on the voucher
Gift vouchers must be used by the specified expiry date and will become void after this date if not used. The expiry date will be indicated on the gift voucher and is normally 12 months from the issue date.
Each gift voucher will have a unique voucher code and is only valid for one use. Once the gift voucher has been used (whether in an authorised or unauthorised manner) it will become void. The gift voucher recipient is responsible for ensuring that the unique code on their voucher is kept secret and is not used by anyone else.
Full payment for the gift voucher must be received before Dutch 4 Beginners sends the voucher. The gift voucher will be send within two working days of receiving the payment.
Dutch 4 Beginners will send the voucher by email.
Gift vouchers can be used with bookings for multiple lessons. This voucher has to be used completely in one booking. No change will be given. If the value of the order is greater than the value of the redeemed gift voucher, the remaining amount is payable by the customer, using one of the available payment methods (cash, PayPal or bank transfer). If the order value is less than the Gift Voucher value no change or cash will be given.
Dutch 4 Beginners reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for gift vouchers at any time and without prior notice.
