All products sold by Dutch 4 Beginners are made to order once you place your purchase.
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), customers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods.
Because our products are made to order and manufactured specifically following your purchase, statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply once production has commenced. Orders may become exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun.. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Cancellation is only possible if production has not begun. All cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed and depend on production status, so timing is critical.
Buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size or colour, or simply changing your mind) is not a valid reason for cancellation or return and remains the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control and are not valid grounds for cancellation or return. If an order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund (after the carrier's investigation has been completed).
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not grounds for cancellation or return.
If an incorrect address is provided or the buyer is unavailable to receive the delivery, the seller cannot be held responsible for re-delivery costs, and this does not qualify for cancellation or return.
Your Rights if an Item is Faulty
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your item:
Is faulty
(Faulty items include manufacturing defects, print errors, staining during production, or receipt of an incorrect item. Minor variations in print placement, normal wear and tear, or slight colour differences are not considered defects. While our printers regularly calibrate colours to match the designs, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. This does not qualify as a defect and is not a valid reason for return or cancellation.)Is damaged in transit
Is not as described
Is incorrect
You have the legal right to:
Reject the goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; or
Request a repair or replacement.

To help us investigate any issue quickly, customers should retain the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
We will respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping for Faulty Items
We may ask for the item to be returned to us.
Returns may not be sent without prior written authorisation from the seller. Unauthorised returns do not automatically qualify for a refund.
When a return of a faulty item is authorised, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller. If your return is accepted due to a confirmed fault or error on our part:
We will reimburse reasonable return postage costs, or
Provide a prepaid return label where available.
Refund Processing
Refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrect items will normally be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless we determine that a return is not required. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or mis-described goods.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, where applicable, within 14 days of agreeing that a return is not required).
We reserve the right to provide a replacement product before issuing a refund where this is a reasonable remedy.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected
Incorrect colour chosen
Colour variation due to screen differences
Minor print placement variations within manufacturing tolerance
These conditions do not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
