Once your order is placed:
Order Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.
Design Processing – Your selected design is prepared for print.
Made to Order – Your item is printed and professionally produced by our trusted print partners.
Quality Check – Each product is checked before being packaged.
Dispatched to You – Your order is shipped directly to your address.
Because everything is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Europe: 3–10 business days after dispatch
United States & International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), production and shipping times may be slightly longer. Most of our products will ship from the United Kingdom, so your delivery has to pass through customs. We can not influence the customs procedure and, unfortunately, can not be held liable if your order is delayed or refused by customs.

All items are made to order, meaning each product is created especially for you after your purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or has a quality issue, such as manufacturing defects, stains, print errors, or if the wrong item was received. If you received a faulty product, please refer to our Returns Policy
Minor variations in print placement, normal wear and tear, or slight colour differences are not considered defects. While our printers regularly calibrate colours to match the designs, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. This does not qualify as a defect and is not a valid reason for return or cancellation.
